zeriouz has two different block lists. One is permanent, one is temporary

The Temporary Block List

If you do not have zeriouz partner code on your website, zeriouz will block your domain so that when any of your referrals (through tiers 1 to 5) submits their domain to zeriouz, your URL will be replaced with another domain. In order to have your website removed from this list, all you need to do is add the zeriouz code back to your website and it will be unblocked the next time one of your referrals (through tiers 1 to 5) submits their domain.

The Permanent Block List

In addition to the zeriouz website automatically determining if your website is in good standing, each and every domain submitted to zeriouz is manually checked. If, when checked, it is decided that your website should be added to the permanent block list, the only way to have it removed is to contact zeriouz. However, if your domain contained adult content or there was another horrid reason for your website being blocked (which will have been noted), it is unlikely that your request will be approved.

Reasons Why Websites are Blocked

• Non English Website
• Not displaying zeriouz code
• Website down when checked
• zeriouz code is on the website, but not on the homepage.
• zeriouz code has been unreasonably altered (ie: 1px)
• Website contains unsuitable content (ie: adult)
• The 5 referral links have been replaced with a personal network of websites (that are not displaying the zeriouz code).
• Or a combination of more than one of the above (or something similar).

zeriouz checks every website to see if the five zeriouz partner links are being displayed. All websites that are sending referrals but do not have the zeriouz partner code displayed are blocked. This can happen in one of two ways:

I have a list of each website that is submitted to zeriouz. I do check each and every website manually, with my own eyes. If I find that the site is breaking the rules, I add it to the blocked list (with notes).

zeriouz also automatically scans your website, each and every time one of your referral submits their website to zeriouz. You can see this scanning process in action if you submit your domain at the zeriouz homepage. This check is done each and every time, no matter whether it's a 1st or 5th tier referral.

zeriouz will block websites that are down or not able to be accessed. If your website is blocked and you would like to have it unblocked, please contact me.

zeriouz checks every website that is submitted, and every referral that is made. It is highly unlikely that zeriouz will not personally visit and review your website. During this process, many domains are blocked. If your domain is blocked by zeriouz, your URL will be removed from the zeriouz code when someone clicks "Add Your Link", and replaced with another URL. It doesn't matter if your website is listed on hundreds of websites. You wont get another referral through zeriouz as long as your domain is on the blocked list.

How does zeriouz block a website?

Your website URL is recorded, and added to a submission list. Every URL on the submission list is reviewed by zeriouz, manually (this list is not public). If your website does not meet the guidelines, or is not following the rules, it may be added to the permanent block list. An exception is be added to the zeriouz sign-up procedure, where if your website has been recorded as not suitable, zeriouz will not display your URL in the moderation list. It will be replaced.

How do I get my website unblocked?

There are quite a few people, who added zeriouz code to their website when zeriouz first started, and took the code off their website after a week or two. Then after a year, they're experiencing many hits a day from the end result of their original efforts (which they were not patient for) -- but have now been blocked, because they removed the code. zeriouz wasn't always blocking domains -- that function was added later. So there are quite a few people (the original partners), coming back to zeriouz (after placing the zeriouz code "back" on their website) and asking why their URL is not showing up on the moderation list. zeriouz is particularly interested to unblock such people, because it's such a waste. If your website is blocked because you removed the code, let me know and I will take your domain off the block list so that you can get new code.

A note to anyone else thinking of removing the code: Just give it time. Don't add the code and remove it after a week or two. Give it at least a month (and needless to say, you actually have to promote your own website and zeriouz referral URL), because you need to wait for your referrals to make referrals, and your referrals referrals to make referrals, and if you've remove the zeriouz code from your website, you're actually murdering the reward of your own efforts (like the above people did, who are now coming back to zeriouz). Once your website is blocked -- it's game over. You wont get any more referrals, even if you send your referral code out to one million people.

If your website was blocked because you were cheating, it wont be unblocked. If there is an innocent reason behind your site being blocked (ie: your website was down), you will likely get a second chance.

Here are some of the things people are doing to get blocked:

Some people are submitting www.websiteA.com and not placing the code on www.websiteA.com, but they are placing the zeriouz code on www.websiteB.com. There is no point in doing this, because anyone who clicks that link to sign up will remove your URL when they check to see if you're displaying the code. Even if such a website was not blocked by zeriouz, it would still result in "0" referrals, because your link would still be moderated out by your own referrals.

Some people are replacing the "Add Your Link" text with "their own website" (and their own homepage URL). Why some people are doing this is a HUGE mystery. While rather humorous -- and it's actually quite a few people, it will result in "0" referrals. What else can be said about that?

Some people are removing the words: "zeriouz Partners". This is not allowed. It must remain. Also, similar to above, some people are replacing "Add Your Link" to say www.their-website.com - This is rather pointless, because the site visitors wont click that link. It is also against the rules, and such websites will be blocked.

Some people are displaying the code, but in 1px. This is another mystery. If visitors can't see the "Add Your link" code, how are they going to join? This will result in "0" referrals. Plus, if it is seen by zeriouz, your domain will be blocked - because it's just silly. zeriouz is not an automated program. Your website is reviewed by hundreds of "people", including zeriouz -- "not BOTS". Trying to cheat like this is utterly pointless. It's actually almost funny, except you're not getting referrals, and zeriouz wants you to get referrals. Plus, you get blocked.

Some people are simply advertising their referral code, all over the Internet, and doing a pretty good job I must say! However, none of those referrals are adding your URL to their website, because when they check your website, they are moderating the link out. Plus, when zeriouz find out about this, you get blocked. What a total waste. There are dozens of people doing this, who could literally have their website URL on thousands of websites, if they just did things right from the start. Please -- don't do this. It does NOT affect zeriouz. zeriouz still gets the hits, but you get "Jack". zeriouz does not want this to happen. Thanks for the free advertising, but please go back to the Information Center and understand how zeriouz works. You will slap your own forehead!

Moral of the Story: There's no way to cheat!

I don't say the above to be proud, or out of spite. I am not trying to be "smart". zeriouz is the best way to get free, related links online. If the people who are trying to cheat would just use zeriouz as it was designed, a lot of them would be experiencing hundreds or thousand of visitors.

Unfortunately, some people just can't get through their day without trying to "outsmart" someone else. Some people are just compulsive cheats, and literally do not have it in them to do things properly. I wrote this page for the sake of the few people who might sit down to wonder how they might be able to "cheat" zeriouz. Please, I am saying this in the most humble manner possible, and I am saying it for "your" benefit: "If you use zeriouz the way it was designed, you WILL receive hundreds, thousands or even tens of thousands of links". You will. But you have to use the program properly.

Please don't mistake what I am saying for disappointment -- as if I am disappointed about some people cheating, or that I am getting upset. I am not. It's just that all the ways people are trying to cheat are actually ruining their own efforts. People are literally sabotaging their own efforts, and I want people to be happy and excited about the traffic they receive. That's what I want. All of the cheating methods above still bring traffic to "zeriouz", but that traffic is then not returned to the people who are cheating. zeriouz doesn't lose. I am not upset about a lack of traffic or something. zeriouz has almost 100,000 partners now. I don't care about your few (by comparison) referrals. What I care about is that you succeed!

How else can I say it? If you really don't understand zeriouz, I am more than happy to explain it to you personally. I want you to succeed.
