Silly Things Some zeriouz Partners Do
When I first built zeriouz, I didn't have an information center. I just had a small FAQ and
figured that everything was pretty straight forward. Since then, I have seen people try every
gimmick and scam imaginable, to (I can only guess) try to cheat zeriouz.
However, in every single case, the people involved 1). Obviously didn't understand zeriouz (and therefore..) 2). Made me laugh (..and then shake my head) 3). Were directly preventing their own network from growing. Some of those people just didn't take the time to understand how zeriouz works, because they spent less than a minute on the website. I know this, because after seeing so many, I became intrigued and baffled as to what the problem might be, so I spent some time just sitting here watching my statistics. Therefore, I know that some of these people weren't trying to cheat (per se), they just didn't understand. I highly recommend that everyone takes the time to understand zeriouz. Those who show up at zeriouz, spend one minute here (just enough time to get the code), without reading anything, are the very same people (apart from a few compulsive scammers) that wind up getting everything all back to front. So, I have created this page in an effort to discourage people from trying to be "tricky". There's no point. zeriouz already functions very well the way it was designed, and brings those who join the network and promote their referral URL with heaps of traffic.
Don't do These Things
Don't replace your 5 zeriouz referrers with your own links. Some people manually edit their zeriouz referral code to change all the links to their own websites. This might seem like a good idea for someone who hasn't taken the time to understand how zeriouz works -- but their own referrals will see that when they review those sites on the moderation list. Their own referrals will moderate those links out and replace them with other links from the moderation list. Plus, when I see it (and I will), I will block all of that persons websites. There's no point trying to change the zeriouz partner links (your referrers) with your own. Don't pay $7.00 advertising if you're not a zeriouz partner. It says (twice) on the advertising page, right near the $7.00 subscription box, that the $7.00 advertising is for zeriouz partners only. Yet, I get people sending me $7.00 time and time again -- and when I look at their website, I see no zeriouz referral code. So I contact the person explaining the situation, and the response often goes something like this: "WHAT? You want me to ADVERTISE YOUR WEBSITE {{{AND}}} PAY YOU!? Are you on DRUGS?" In such cases, I used to respond with a lengthy explanation of how everything works, but to date, my explanations have not prevailed. So these days, I still contact the people and ask them to put the zeriouz partner code on their site, but if they do not, I don't waste any more time. I simply refund the $7.00 and wish them well with their endeavors. I can't deal with the grief over $7.00. The reason it costs $7.00 is because regular zeriouz partners do not get placed on the moderation list (which is step 2 of zeriouz -- the page where you must review your referrers). The moderation list is the heart of zeriouz. It is where zeriouz partners can check to see if their referrers are breaking the rules, and whether they actually want to link to those websites. If you do not want to link to one of your referrers, you can edit the link out and replace it with one from the moderation list. All people on the moderation list are "zeriouz Partners" (and must be displaying 5 links on their website to participate). That is what the $7.00 advertising is for: To get on the moderation list. There is a $49 advertising option on the advertising page for people who cannot add zeriouz to their website, but would like to benefit from the traffic that zeriouz receives. Don't Remove your zeriouz Code This one is actually painful for me to watch. Some people join zeriouz and after seeing that zeriouz is sending them traffic, they get a bright idea: "Ah! I am already getting the traffic - I'll just remove the code!" ..WRONG! These people THINK they're getting traffic for nothing, without participating, but all they're getting is links from the first websites they referred. But now, their WHOLE downline (which is often thousands of sites) are reviewing their website and removing them from their referrers on the moderation list. This is one of the biggest problems. This does NOT affect zeriouz. zeriouz still gets all the referrals and traffic for the whole downline, but those particular "ex" partners are being moderated out of every single new referral -- some of them five generations deep. There are some original zeriouz partners (from way back) that took the zeriouz partner code off their site. They are still getting traffic from zeriouz (at step 2), when their referral's look at their site to see if it has the zeriouz partner code. They see that it doesn't and they remove it. So it may SEEM that zeriouz is still sending traffic, but it's only to remove their URL from the system for every referral. What these ex partners don't realise is that EVERY hit they're getting from zeriouz is a reminder that their URL was removed from another website! I have contacted some people saying: "You have removed zeriouz code, you wont get any more referrals". But they don't understand. They say: "Well I give it a shot for a few days and it didn't work". I slap my forehead, then I sigh.. then I close my email and shake my head. Then I go to my admin center and block their website. So then their website is removed by the zeriouz system, even for the old initial referrals they made. Then, their URL doesn't even show up on the moderation list, or anywhere on zeriouz - period. It is removed by zeriouz and replaced with another website on the moderation list, even before the referral gets to see it. The only benefit they have from this point, for ever being a zeriouz partner in the past, is they get some residual traffic because their link is still placed on their original referral's websites. But even that doesn't last long, because most people come back to zeriouz sooner or later (after checking their 5 referrers in their own code -- that's on their website) and moderate that link out. Conclusion: Just leave the zeriouz code on your site. Give it a good couple of months, and PROMOTE it! Taking it off doesn't do anything good. All it does is kill your downline and any traffic you were receiving from zeriouz will begin to dwindle. If you're still getting traffic, don't make the mistake of thinking that it's all good and you don't need the zeriouz partner code. It doesn't work that way. Don't Promote zeriouz if you're not a Partner This is another painful one to watch. Some people join zeriouz, do not put the code on their website and then start promoting their zeriouz referral URL. Some people (who do not have the partner code on their website) actually promote fairly heavily. They THINK they're getting into the system without participating -- and they DO get their initial traffic, but that's all they get. They are simply referring people who then moderate them OUT of the system. It's ridiculous! EVERYONE that they referred to zeriouz views their website from the moderation list (sees that they have no zeriouz partner code) and removes it. So all these promoters are doing is spending time, effort AND money filling up someone else's downline from the moderation list. This is another reason why it is good to be on the moderation list.
